Founded in 2009, Netos Holding LLC is a consulting company which offers corporate finance advisory, trade development, strategic partnership development, and structured finance solutions for its clients in a host of industries. Led by George W. Sherrell IV Esq., with more than twenty years of transactional experience in the natural resources industry, real estate and trade, and drawing upon the expertise of associates with decades of experience in M&A, financial structuring and re-structuring, Netos Holding is an agile company that delivers integrated solutions for its clients, no matter where in the world they may be. Mr. Sherrell holds a J.D. from New York University and is a member of the New York Bar. The bulk of his experience has been structuring emerging markets cross border transactions for clients in the U.S. and Europe. He is fluent in Portuguese. Other members of the Netos team include two senior transactors each with more than 20 years of domestic and international experience in capital fundraising (both equity and debt), asset sale & disposal, private equity, fixed income structuring, and M&A. The Netos team is able to provide end-to-end deal support and advisory services for a variety of transaction types both domestically and abroad with a specific emphasis on emerging market cross border engagements.
